Overview

SketchUp Pro is a powerful tool for communicating 3D design concepts in professional workflows. This course is designed for students with little-to-no SketchUp experience who want to investigate the best methods for getting started using SketchUp through a systematic building of skills progressing from basics to intermediate level concepts. Topics include: best practices for modeling in SketchUp, group and component based modeling, organizing and structuring your model for speed and efficiency and how to use LayOut to create documents. Note: Participants need a basic 3-button scroll wheel mouse to use SketchUp efficiently.
